CHC Waste Facilities Management Ltd is a leading national waste and facilities management provider, with a commitment to reducing their environmental impact. To achieve this goal, CHC needed a reliable partner to help them manage their mattress recycling operations efficiently. That’s where TFR Group came in.

Before partnering with TFR Group in February 2023, CHC faced several challenges with previous partners, including a lack of communication, inconsistent reporting, difficulties managing multi-site deliveries, and insufficient support in managing and documenting all routes for recyclables.
